平博 注册 believes it is our responsibility to make a positive impact on people and the planet听鈥� through our solutions, communities, and operations 鈥� as reflected in our Win Right Values. The mission of the 平博 注册 Foundation is to support and advance inclusive and sustainable communities by investing in the availability, quality, and enjoyment of water and by increasing the participation of youth and young adults in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education.听In support of this mission, 平博 注册 and the 平博 注册 Foundation engage in giving across these key program areas:
Water
平博 注册 and the 平博 注册 Foundation seek to help the world sustainably move, improve, and enjoy water by reducing water stress and building ecological resilience; improving water quality and reducing single use plastic water bottles, and increasing water safety and water-related wellbeing.
Education
平博 注册 and the 平博 注册 Foundation seek to help build the workforce of the future by supporting STEM career pathways, with a particular focus on engineering and manufacturing for youth and young adults.

Community
平博 注册 and the 平博 注册 Foundation seek to advance vibrant, inclusive communities where we live and work by encouraging employee volunteerism and matching 平博 注册 employee donations.

Grantmaking is currently by invitation only.听 平博 注册 and the 平博 注册 Foundation engage in giving across our priority international geographies of India and Mexico and our priority U.S. geographies of Arizona, California, Florida, Minnesota, North Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin. 平博 注册 and the 平博 注册 Foundation each engage in separately administered grantmaking and philanthropic efforts that align with the charitable and educational objectives described above. All grants and activities conducted by the 平博 注册 Foundation are carefully structured to ensure they directly further its tax-exempt purposes and are consistent with the limitations on its activities as a tax-exempt, independent private foundation.
